The owner of the websites bitslifestyle.com, bitstennis.com, and aviobits.si is AVIOBITS d.o.o., Senešci 67, Senešci, 2274 Velika Nedelja, Tax Number: 53469321, Registration Number: 9247548000, which is the data controller of the personal data collected through these channels.

All websites are hosted by the company AVIOBITS d.o.o.. The websites are maintained by MIGHTY KRULZ AGENCIJA d.o.o., with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Individuals may be associated with online identifiers provided by their devices, applications, tools, and protocols. These include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and cookie identifiers. Individuals may also be linked to other identifiers, such as radio frequency identification tags. IP addresses are logged in the server logs when using websites, among other things, to prevent attacks on the server. Analytical tools on our websites immediately record your IP address in a shortened form, with the last octet of the IP address anonymized, and use it exclusively in this anonymized form.

Since the collected data about your device's IP address is anonymized in the manner described above, we do not possess personal data about the IP address that could identify your device. This means that the rights listed in the YOUR RIGHTS section are relevant to you only to a very limited extent.

In the case of Google Analytics, the processing of the IP address occurs on their side in accordance with Google's privacy policy and the browser settings on your computer.

YOUR RIGHTS

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) establishes uniform rules for the protection of personal data within the EU. It changes the relationship between service providers and users and introduces a set of rights for individuals whose data is being processed.

Among the important rights of individuals are the following:

1. a) The right of individuals to access all their personal data and the obligation to inform individuals about the data we collect about them (Section 2, Article 15)

The prerequisite is that the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means. 1. e) The right to restriction of processing of personal data and the right to object (Section 3, Articles 18 and 21)

If the criteria defined in Article 18 of the GDPR are met, you have the right to restrict processing according to the provisions of the aforementioned article of the GDPR. In accordance with this article, processing can be restricted, particularly if the processing is unlawful and the individual to whom the personal data pertains has objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 (1) of the GDPR, until it is determined whether our legitimate interest overrides the interest of the individual concerned.
